Plans and billing

TradeForm runs on a simple set of plans. You can start free and move up as your business grows.

Choose a plan

Open Settings, then Plan, to see the current tiers and prices and what each one includes. In short:

• Free lets you try the platform with a small project cap.
• Solo suits a one-person business.
• Small adds room for a small team.
• Pro opens the accounting integrations and higher limits.
• Master is for larger builders who need the full set.

Higher tiers raise your project and team limits and switch on features like two-way accounting sync. The Plan page always shows the live prices, so check there rather than relying on a number quoted elsewhere.

Manage your subscription

Upgrades and payment run through Stripe. From the Plan page you can start a checkout to move up a tier, or open the customer portal to update your card, download invoices, or change your plan. TradeForm never sees or stores your card details; Stripe handles them.

Billing questions

• Your invoices live in the Stripe customer portal, reached from the Plan page.
• If a payment fails, Stripe retries and emails you. Update your card in the portal to clear it.
• Prices are in Australian dollars and GST is handled at checkout.
